Via Azuni, 17th century
The building forms a single structure with the Monastero delle Figlie della Chiesa (Monastery of the Daughters of the Church). It was built at the behest of the third Franciscan order adhering to the Capuchin way, which originally dedicated it to Saint Elisabeth. The facade is defined by a gate with linter surmounted by a rose window. The single-light bell gable contains a bell without inscriptions adorned by four angels placed among acanthus leaves in relief. The interior consists in a hall divided into four aisles with transversal round arches. The church was the headquarters of the archconfraternity of Souls in Purgatory.
